Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of cellularsmartfix.ca and to the repair, buy, sell, trade and online store services of Cellular Fix London (“Cellular Fix”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or services you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Repair services

  • Diagnostics and quotes are free. We will tell you the price before we start, and we repair your device only once you agree.
  • Most repairs are done within 2 to 24 hours, depending on parts availability. A 24 Hour Express Service is available for $20.
  • Every repair is backed by a 180-day warranty. If you have a problem with a repaired device, contact us and we will make it right.
  • We take care to keep your data intact, but some repairs, such as software or liquid damage repairs, can result in data loss. Please back up your device before you hand it over. We are not responsible for data loss.
  • Low price guarantee: bring in a local competitor’s regularly published price for the same repair and we will beat it by $5. This does not apply to specials, coupons or other discounts.

Mail-in repairs

  • Submit our mail-in repair request form and send your device to Cellular Fix, 777 Dundas St, London, ON N5W 2Z6.
  • Send only the device, without accessories or original packaging. We recommend insurance and tracking, as we cannot be responsible for devices lost or damaged in transit to us.
  • We confirm your request by email and give you an order number. After payment, we return your device within 7 business days unless we contact you otherwise.

Buy, sell and trade

  • Devices we sell have been refurbished by our technicians. Please check each product listing for details.
  • When you sell or trade a device in store, we pay on the spot once we agree on its value. For mailed-in devices, we pay within 3 business days of receiving them.
  • Our 30-day price lock means you will receive the value we quoted as long as we receive your device within 30 days.
  • If we do not agree on the value of a device you send us, you can ask for it back at no cost to you.

Orders, prices and payment

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by WooPayments.
  • We may cancel or refuse an order, for example because of a pricing error or because an item is no longer available. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.
  • We currently ship within Canada.

Returns and problems with an order

If there is a problem with a device you bought from us, contact us at info@cellularsmartfix.ca or +1 (519) 694-0530 as soon as you can, and we will work with you to resolve it.

Using our website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with it or its security. The content on this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to Cellular Fix or its licensors, and you may not copy it without permission.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, lost profits or loss of use of a device, arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
