Tell us about your device and what’s wrong. A technician will contact you to confirm your request and go over prices.
2. Ship your device to us

We recommend insurance and tracking. Send only the device, with no accessories or original packaging.
3. We handle the rest
We email you a confirmation and an order number, repair the device as quickly as possible, and send it back within 7 business days after payment (unless we contact you otherwise).
