# Mail-in Repairs

Can’t make it to the store? Send your device to us and we’ll repair it and send 
it back. Start by filling in the request form below.

### 1. Submit the request form

Tell us about your device and what’s wrong. A technician will contact you to confirm
your request and go over prices.

### 2. Ship your device to us

We recommend insurance and tracking. Send only the device, with no accessories or
original packaging.

### 3. We handle the rest

We email you a confirmation and an order number, repair the device as quickly as
possible, and send it back within 7 business days after payment (unless we contact
you otherwise).
